What is the Truth?
John 15:26 But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceeds from the Father, he shall testify of me:
John 16:13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.
Note: The Holy Spirit is Truth.
John 8:40 But now ye seek to kill me, a man that hath told you the truth, which I have heard from God:
John 14:6 Jesus saith to him, I am the way, and the truth, and the life: no man cometh to the Father, but by me.
John 17:19 “And for their sakes I sanctify Myself, that they themselves also may be sanctified in truth.
John 18:37 Pilate, therefore, said to him, ‘Art thou then a king?’ Jesus answered, ‘Thou dost say {it}; because a king I am, I for this have been born, and for this I have come to the world, that I may testify to the truth; every one who is of the truth, doth hear my voice.’
Ephesians 4:21 if indeed you have heard Him and have been taught in Him, just as truth is in Jesus,
Note: Jesus Christ is the Truth.
John 17:17 “Sanctify them in the truth; Thy word is truth.
2 Thessalonians 2:13 But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:
Note: God is the Truth.
There isn’t anyone that is 100% right in all (or most) subject matters.
The likelihood of randomly finding truth in any subject is very slight. The search for truth must be investigated (studied) in any matter; [Christian traditions, myths and fables are the issues on this site].
Each individual should be personally responsible for deciding what is and is not truth.
